What insurance do you accept?
Our office welcomes patients with any PPO insurance plan. That said, to ensure we provide the highest standard of dental care, we have chosen not to participate as "in-network" providers with every PPO insurance company. Some insurance plans set reimbursement rates so low that they compromise the quality of care we can deliver, pushing for faster procedures and lower-grade materials. We strongly believe our patients deserve better.
We are in-network with select PPO plans and encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage. If we are not in-network with your plan, you can still receive treatment at our office—many PPO plans with out-of-network benefits will still cover a significant portion of our fees. We’re happy to assist by filing the claim on your behalf. As dedicated members of the Los Angeles dental community, we’re also glad to provide referrals to in-network providers if needed.

How can I afford my treatment?
We offer many flexible payment options, including CareCredit and flexible payment options with Affirm. With Affirm, you can receive an instant decision without a hard credit check and be offered up to 3 years of no-interest payments depending on the treatment plan cost and eligibility.
We will always provide you with expected costs upfront and with alternative treatment plans that are more affordable than the ideal treatment plan. We will work with you in finding a balance between affordability and sustainable oral health.
What services do you offer?
We are a cosmetic (aesthetic), implant, and general dental practice that offers all dental procedures either directly through our practice or indirectly through local dental specialists. There are times that a patient's treatment plan may be too complex or out of the scope of general dentistry. In these cases, we can refer patients to our network of specialists that we trust and share the same philosophy with.
Do you accept DentiCal, MediCal, HMO, or DMO?
Unfortunately, we do not take HMO, DMO, or DentiCal. Please contact us if you have questions regarding how your insurance works.
Where can I find parking?
We have parking in our building's parking garage. The entrance is on Wilshire Blvd. We do not validate parking.
I have a dental emergency. Can I be seen right away?
At this time, we are unable to offer emergency dental treatment outside of our regular business hours. If you are having a dental emergency outside of business hours, please leave us a voicemail and we will try and respond as soon as possible. If you would like to be seen during our business hours, please call us right away and we will try and add you to the schedule for the next available time slot.
I just want a cleaning. Can I still come in just for that?
If you do not have a main concern and would just like a cleaning, you can sign up for a regular check-up and cleaning appointment. Instead of a full comprehensive exam, we will do a shorter version. The exam may not address all underlying issues that you may have, but will help you maintain your teeth at an acceptable level. After the exam, a regular cleaning can be done as well. However, if you will be needing a deep cleaning or any additional procedures, another appointment may be needed.
